In 2025, the Greater Peoria Economic Development Council reported the creation of over 200 new jobs in advanced manufacturing and clean energy industries across the region. Additionally, the Peoria International Airport experienced a record-breaking year, with an 18.15% increase in passenger numbers over 2024, underscoring the area’s growing economic vitality.
